Shiny Link株式会社 provides premium concierge services including but not limited to golf hospitality, executive transfers, medical checkup coordination, business hospitality, and bespoke travel planning. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
Service requests are initiated through our inquiry form or direct communication. Upon agreement of service details and pricing, a deposit payment may be required to confirm the booking. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Final payment is due as specified in the service agreement.
Cancellation terms vary by service type and are communicated at the time of booking confirmation. Generally, cancellations made more than 30 days before the service date are eligible for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within 30 days may be subject to cancellation fees.
While we strive to provide the highest quality service, Shiny Link acts as a coordination intermediary between clients and service providers. We are not liable for the actions, omissions, or quality of third-party service providers, though we carefully vet all partners.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Japan.
